Product, Services & Customer Experience
- Lead privacy reviews for new and updated products and services; prepare privacy impact assessments and data protection impact assessments (PIA/DPIA) in partnership with business teams.
- Advise on privacy disclosures and customer choices across US Mobile’s digital experiences, including web, mobile apps, and customer-facing platforms.
- Coordinate with teams responsible for website content and customer experiences involving privacy considerations (e.g., cookies, privacy center content, support documentation).

Rights Requests, Inquiries & Operations
- Own and manage privacy rights request processes and supporting tools in compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Partner closely with Customer Support and Operations teams to ensure privacy-related inquiries are tracked, handled efficiently, and resolved consistently.

Cross-Functional Partnership
- Work closely with Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Legal, People Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to align on US Mobile’s privacy goals and execution strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on privacy risk, trade-offs, and practical implementation approaches.
