DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced DTC eCommerce product leader with deep experience owning the end‑to‑end global site experience. As the Director of Product, eCommerce Innovation, you will serve as the lead product owner for our DTC commerce experience and the primary partner to the VP of Commerce Product, defining and executing the product strategy for our global eCommerce channel. The ideal candidate has personalization experience, a curiosity for AI and applying the latest innovations to drive conversion, has launched new global markets, and supported partnerships at scale.
What you will do:
- Build the product vision and strategy for our global eCommerce business. Define the product roadmap (in collaboration with other product managers and stakeholders), and lead several projects in-parallel — on-time and within budget.
- Make our DTC channel the primary lever for new member acquisition, ongoing upgrades, and adoption of complementary products by integrating hardware, membership, loyalty, and partner offerings into a cohesive, high‑performing experience
- Define and drive personalization and AI investments to deliver a best-in-class consumer experience that also delivers against revenue goals
- Lead the DTC product strategy for international expansion and partnerships, including new‑market launches, localization (language, currency, payment methods), and integrated partner and bundle experiences
- Own the experimentation strategy for our DTC site, coaching the team to run a high‑velocity pipeline of A/B and multivariate tests that drive material gains in conversion, AOV, revenue growth. and membership attach
- Determine how to best measure product goals and results. Ensure that the correct tracking and analytics are in place to track impact.
- Lead and grow a high‑performing DTC product management team, setting clear strategy while also building and coaching talent
- Help drive a culture of excellence while ensuring a positive and highly collaborative environment for all cross-functional teams.
- Partner with several stakeholders across various lines of the business, including C-suite executives; synthesize competing priorities to develop clear lines of action that deliver the highest value for the company and our members.
- Partner with Engineering, QA, and SRE to evolve our commerce platform operating model, ensuring that we can scale globally with faster, safer releases, and resilient performance during peak demand
- Drive improvements, including new solutions, to our content publishing systems to enable high-velocity page creation, localization, and Marketing campaign execution without sacrificing quality or brand consistency
This is a Remote, US based role with slight preference for West Coast.
REQUIREMENTS
We would love to consider you for this role if you have:
- 12+ years of eCommerce product management experience, including global expansion. Proven track record of launching innovative features that elevate the user experience and deliver revenue.
- Deep experience using personalization and experimentation to grow a direct‑to‑consumer or subscription business at scale, including owning a robust testing roadmap and partnering with data science/analytics
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills; you thrive in high-paced, collaborative environments and can drive forward decisions and concrete action plans.
- Comfort with ambiguity and an innate curiosity to solve complex problems in simple and creative ways
- Proven track record of managing and launching products that have significantly grown the business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into easy-to-understand narratives
- Confidence interfacing with executive leadership — internally and externally
- Deep intuition and passion for user experience and design
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decisions
- Product experience in the personalization and AI domains
- Strong plus if you have experience in wearables or other high-growth organizations

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
- Region 1: $226,100 - $266,000
- Region 2 $208,250 - $245,000
- Region 3 $189,550 - $223,000
