The Director, Product Management – Audience & Measurement owns the end‑to‑end product vision, strategy, and delivery for KPM’s scaled audience creation pipelines and activation measurement pipelines, along with the data science methodologies that underpin them. This leader ensures the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of the capabilities that power all audience targeting and performance measurement across KPM.

You will partner deeply with Commercial Strategy & Activation, Data Science, Engineering, Media Operations, and other product domains to understand customer and market needs, then translate them into scalable, science‑backed capabilities that can be seamlessly deployed across KPM products. You will lead a team of Product Managers, coaching them to deliver measurable business and customer impact while advancing the maturity of 84.51°'s audience and measurement capabilities.

This role is ideal for a strategic, technically fluent product leader experienced with data science–heavy capabilities, AdTech/MarTech ecosystems, and scaling mission‑critical pipelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Own the long‑term strategy for audience creation and activation measurement capabilities across KPM.
  • Define a cohesive roadmap that unifies data science methodologies and scalable platform capabilities into a repeatable and efficient deployment model.
  • Monitor industry trends (audience science, attribution, incrementality, retail media) to inform future product direction.

Scaled Science Pipeline Ownership

  • Oversee the scaled science pipelines that generate audiences, model scores, and campaign measurement outputs.
  • Ensure pipelines are reliable, efficient, and operate with rigorous governance and data quality standards.
  • Drive continuous pipeline innovation with Data Science and Engineering to improve accuracy, performance, and automation.

Methodology Leadership

  • Own and advance measurement methodologies (e.g., lift, incrementality approaches, attribution science).
  • Drive methodology innovation, ensuring alignment with evolving market standards and KPM’s commercial strategy.
  • Champion transparency, scientific rigor, and repeatability across all measurement outputs.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Commercial Strategy & Activation to deeply understand customer needs and ensure our capabilities address market gaps.
  • Partner with Engineering to define scalable, extensible APIs and supporting technical architecture.
  • Align with cross‑domain product peers so audience & measurement capabilities integrate seamlessly across KPM products.

Execution & Delivery

  • Guide your team to deliver against roadmap commitments with clarity, focus, and disciplined prioritization.
  • Ensure your products meet high standards for scalability, performance, and technical architecture suitability.
  • Maintain accountability for outcomes, not just output, by measuring and communicating the value delivered to customers and the business.

People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers.
  • Provide coaching on product management, stakeholder influence, strategic thinking, and technical fluency.
  • Build a strong, empowered team culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including significant experience owning complex, technical, data or ML‑driven products.
  • Proven success leading and developing Product Managers or other direct reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, influence cross‑functional partners, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong technical fluency, including understanding of machine learning concepts, API‑based architectures, and data pipelines.
  • Experience operating in ambiguous environments and providing clarity, direction, and prioritization.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder‑management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in AdTech/MarTech, retail media, or related data‑driven marketing ecosystems.
  • Hands‑on experience collaborating with Data Science teams on model development, measurement frameworks, or experimentation design.
  • Familiarity with identity resolution, privacy‑preserving data practices, and cross‑channel measurement.
  • Proven ability to define and scale capabilities that power multiple downstream product experiences (vs. owning front‑end or UI).

WHO WILL LOVE THIS ROLE

  • Leaders with a capabilities mindset who enjoy building foundational components used across multiple products.
  • Product thinkers energized by data science, measurement science, and scaled technical systems.
  • People‑first leaders who develop high‑trust teams and coach PMs to excel in complex technical domains.
  • Strategic doers who can both set bold vision and drive high‑quality execution.
