Job Description:

Shape the Future of Intelligent Banking Solutions

At CSI, we’re building products that power financial institutions and help our customers operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently. We’re seeking a Lead Product Manager to guide the strategy, execution, and evolution of our Document Storage and Business Intelligence product portfolio.  Although the title is Lead Product Manager, this position functions as a Director‑Level Working Manager Role, responsible for leading strategy while remaining hands‑on with at least one product—and directly managing a team of three Product Managers. This is a high‑impact opportunity to influence direction, accelerate growth, and make a meaningful impact across CSI and our customer community.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership & Product Vision

  • Own the end‑to‑end product strategy for our Document Storage and Business Intelligence offerings—from concept through delivery and ongoing optimization.

  • Translate market needs, customer input, and regulatory requirements into a clear product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog.

  • Establish a path to revenue growth and profitability across the product line.

  • Drive consistent delivery against the roadmap, targeting 90%+ on‑time feature delivery.

Execution & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

  • Collaborate with third‑party vendors and partners to enhance product capabilities.

  • Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance standards, including BSA/AML requirements.

  • Influence SDLC processes and agile practices to improve delivery effectiveness.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert to customers, product partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Represent CSI at industry events, customer sessions, and thought‑leadership opportunities.

  • Use market research and competitive intelligence to refine and evolve product strategy.

People & Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Product Managers aligned to strategic goals.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, innovation, and iterative improvement.

  • Support career growth, performance excellence, and high team engagement.

  • Act as a change catalyst for product thinking and collaboration across CSI.

Business & Financial Ownership

  • Create business cases and prepare budgets for senior leadership review.

  • Manage assigned cost centers and ensure responsible financial stewardship.

  • Align product investments with business strategy, customer value, and long‑term organizational goals.

What Success Looks Like in Year One

  • A clear, actionable product vision and roadmap for Document Storage and BI.

  • Strong backlog discipline and predictable, high‑quality delivery across products.

  • Progress toward measurable revenue growth and operational efficiency.

  • A high‑performing, well‑aligned, and engaged product management team.

What You Bring

Experience & Education

  • 10+ years of Product Management (or equivalent) in a product‑centric environment.

  • Experience leading and developing product or technical teams.

  • Strong familiarity with BSA/AML or regulated‑industry requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic and analytical problem‑solver with strong business acumen.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

  • Proven leadership ability and confident decisionmaker.

  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast‑moving, consultative environment.

  • Strong relationship‑building skills across all organizational levels.
