As the Director of Product Marketing, you will lead the marketing function and play a critical role in shaping how we position, launch, and grow our platform and services in the market. You’ll bring deep product marketing expertise, strong cross-functional leadership, and a sharp understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape. Working closely with product, sales, and customer success, you’ll ensure our value is consistently communicated at every stage of the customer journey—driving alignment, clarity, and impact across the go-to-market motion.

  • Develop customer stories, case studies, and other content that showcases product impact and customer outcomes.
  • Measure and report on marketing performance across key metrics, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement across campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Build and scale a best-in-class product marketing function as the business evolves.
  • Own the development and validation of buyer and user personas through customer interviews, sales data and usage.
  • Lead win/loss analysis and customer insight programs to refine positioning, inform product strategy, and identify market opportunities.
