Who are you?
As the Product Marketer at Venn, you will define and lead Product Marketing at Venn. This is not a plug-and-play role, you’ll build the function from the ground up, owning strategy, systems, and execution across positioning, messaging, go-to-market alignment, and brand elevation. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, founders, and senior leadership to define our category and make Venn the clear choice in the market.
We’ll count on you to...

  • Own and evolve Venn’s product positioning and messaging to clearly articulate value, differentiation, and customer impact
  • Lead strategy and execution for product launches, feature rollouts, and major releases
  • Translate market intelligence including competitive insights, customer feedback, and segmentation into actionable product and marketing strategies
  • Develop and oversee high-impact content across the customer journey, including pitch decks, data sheets, solution briefs, case studies, white papers, web copy, and thought leadership
  • Partner closely with Product to ensure roadmap decisions, feature narratives, and messaging are grounded in real market needs
  • Support demand generation with messaging and assets that drive engagement across campaigns, webinars, and digital channels
  • Enable Sales with compelling tools such as playbooks, competitive intelligence, user guides, and pitch materials that accelerate deal velocity
  • Track and optimize performance using metrics like win/loss rates, feature adoption, campaign engagement, and pipeline influence
  • Serve as a visible, strategic voice internally and externally, helping shape how the market perceives Venn and our category

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing within high-growth, early-stage SaaS environments
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity, compliance, risk, or adjacent technical categories strongly preferred
  • Proven success owning product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience working with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Executive teams
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong bias toward measurement and continuous improvement
  • Self-starter with strategic instincts and the ability to execute hands-on in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with product immersion/demo tools and sales enablement platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Asana or ClickUp preferred
