Connecteam is a TLV-based startup that’s on a mission to change the work experience for 80% of the world’s global workforce - the deskless employees.
Our business management platform helps thousands of businesses thrive by taking away the daily hustle and complexities of managing teams, so they can have the peace of mind to grow and run their business.
About The RoleWe’re seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead and build a high-impact team that connects Product, Marketing, and Sales. You’ll define how product marketing operates at Connecteam, build the systems that make it scalable, and turn product and customer insight into a clear GTM strategy and compelling storytelling.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, lead a team, and still roll up their sleeves when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and scale our Product Marketing team.
- Build the frameworks, playbooks, and operating rituals that help the team work effectively and at scale.
- Own GTM strategy and execution for product launches and new initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure tight alignment and real business impact.
- Define messaging and positioning that clearly differentiate Connecteam and resonate with our audiences.
- Build and maintain ICPs, personas, and value propositions that are grounded in a deep understanding of real customers.
- Translate discovery calls, customer insights, and market data into sharp messaging and campaigns.
- Create sales and marketing enablement materials (decks, guides, case studies, battlecards, and more).
- Develop internal training and content to align teams on product knowledge, audiences, and use cases.
- Oversee competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and market insight frameworks.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of building or scaling Product Marketing teams, frameworks, and processes.
- Strong grasp of go-to-market planning, product storytelling, and customer segmentation.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Hands-on, data-driven, and execution-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with strong content and narrative instincts.
- Strategic yet hands-on — able to zoom out to define direction and zoom in to execute.
- A natural collaborator who brings structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional work.
- Curious and customer-obsessed, always looking to turn insight into sharp positioning and action.
- Comfortable with complexity, but driven to simplify and focus on what truly matters.
- A builder at heart — you enjoy creating teams, frameworks, and systems that scale impact.
- We build our people up. Every team member is treated as a long-term investment and we recognize the value in always nurturing and training them so they can go above and beyond in their skills and job duties.
- We make an impact on our customer’s business. We are on a mission to provide managers of all business types and sizes with the tools they need to communicate, operate, engage, and run their deskless workforce. Our product offers them an effective and affordable solution to run their business.
- We get the job done. Connecteam employees are passionate in executing their job duties so they can drive the company forward and provide real value to our customers.
- We have fun! From weekly happy hours to holiday parties, we always enjoy each other’s company (and good food, of course). Connecteam is like one big, happy family!
- Everyone is welcome. Connecteam is committed to building an encouraging, caring, and supportive environment. We share a responsibility to support our team and enrich their lives.
