At Sirona Medical, we’re building software that enables physicians to work as fast as they can think.
Each year in the U.S., billions of patient images are captured—and nearly all of them are reviewed and diagnosed by radiologists. These specialists are the central hub of diagnostic medicine: over 80% of all healthcare data flows through radiology IT systems. Yet despite their pivotal role, radiologists are overburdened by outdated, fragmented software which limits their efficiency and ultimately the quality and efficiency of care that health systems can provide patients. That’s where Sirona comes in.
We’re a San Francisco-based, cloud-native software company with employees around the world. Our deep understanding of both the practice and business of radiology has allowed us to build RadOS—a unified, AI-powered operating system powering the entire radiology workflows.
How Sirona Solves the ProblemSirona is uniquely positioned to transform the way radiology is practiced. We're delivering the organizational shift that both individual radiologists and entire practices urgently need:
A unified, intuitive, and platform-agnostic solution
A streamlined workspace that makes every part of the radiologist’s workflow faster and easier
The freedom to read from anywhere, for anyone
We’re seeking a Director of Product Marketing with deep experience in radiology workflow, PACS, reporting systems, and radiology IT. You’ll partner closely with our fast-moving product development and commercial teams to translate groundbreaking technology into compelling stories that resonate with radiologists, IT leaders, and health system executives alike.
The ideal candidate understands the nuances of radiology practice, how each piece of technology works, how technology impacts daily workflow, reimbursement, and downstream patient care and flow. The candidate will lead the articulation of how Sirona enables radiology to practice in a modern, efficient, and profitable way.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate Sirona’s product story. Build clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that captures the value of cloud-native, unified radiology workflow

Collaborate with Product Development. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate product strategy and customer feedback into narratives that drive market adoption
Enable the field. Equip Sales and Customer Success with tools, collateral, and training to communicate Sirona’s value proposition across diverse stakeholders (radiologists, imaging admins, CIOs, and CMIOs)
Champion the customer. Serve as the internal voice of the radiologist and imaging IT community, ensuring market needs are represented in our roadmap and messaging
Drive market intelligence. Monitor competitors, emerging technologies, and healthcare policy trends to inform product and marketing strategy
Elevate the category. Help redefine what “radiology workflow” means in a cloud-first world, and articulate how Sirona’s unified platform untethers radiology from legacy infrastructure
Key Qualifications:
8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in radiology, medical imaging, or healthcare IT
Deep familiarity with PACS, RIS, reporting systems, and broader radiology IT ecosystems
Proven track record of bringing complex B2B healthcare technology products to market
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to translate technical capabilities into meaningful customer outcomes
