Reporting to the VP of Product, Member Growth, you will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Nurture & Growth Engine portfolio. In this role, you will define and deliver the roadmap that accelerates member engagement across the platform, with a focus on activating and nurturing lower-intent members who are not yet ready for care. You will also steward critical horizontal capabilities that underpin our growth ecosystem, ensuring we scale the products, systems, and experiences that drive sustained member activation and retention. You’ll lead a team of five Product Managers and partner cross-functionally with leaders across the organization. 

Please note that this is a hybrid role based in New York, with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week. Our office is located at 60 Madison Avenue. 

What you’ll do:

Own the Nurture & Growth Engine Product Portfolio

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Nurture & Growth Engine group, spanning five product pods focused on nurturing members and activating them into care, as well as strategic investments in AI care navigation and benefits multi-eligibility.
  • Define, measure, and move company-level utilization metrics, spanning platform engagement and conversion to care. 

Lead and Grow a High-Performing Product Team

  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, clarity, and accountability.
  • Elevate product craft and growth mindset, coaching teams to blend qualitative insights, quantitative data, and strategic intuition to unlock new opportunities.

Build the Team’s Growth Product Muscle

  • Establish the operating rhythms for high-velocity experimentation, enabling teams to rapidly test, learn, and scale initiatives that drive measurable impact.
  • Champion user-centric growth practices, embedding deep customer insight, clear problem framing, and rigorous hypothesis-driven testing into how teams build.

What success looks like in this role:

  • Ensure the Nurture & Growth Engine consistently meets or outperforms its utilization KPIs, translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
  • Build an evidence-based perspective on impactful nurturing, using experimentation to illuminate how member engagement unlocks conversion and progression.
  • Product Managers under your leadership grow in strategic ownership, autonomy, and cross-functional influence, contributing to a strong culture of accountability and impact.
  • Spring Health is recognized as the leader in engaging members across every stage of their mental health journey.

What we expect from you:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years leading PMs and driving execution across multiple teams or product areas.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategy, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions in complex, ambiguous environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and influence skills, with a strong bias toward collaboration, clear decision-making, and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Proven success operating at a strategic altitude, defining vision and roadmaps while ensuring operational rigor and consistent delivery.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for scaling product practices, including experimentation frameworks, discovery approaches, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, balancing long-term vision with the urgency required to drive near-term impact.

The target base salary range for this position is $217,600 - $272,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
