Director, Product Owner - NAV Modernization

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Product Owner, NAV Modernization to join our Data Innovation team. This role is located in New York, NY

Role Overview:

This role will lead product ownership and strategic execution for NAV modernization initiatives focused on improving transparency, scalability, and operational efficiency across fund accounting and investment operations workflows.

The role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and client stakeholders to define roadmap priorities, coordinate delivery, and modernize core NAV-related capabilities

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Define and manage product roadmap for NAV modernization initiatives
• Translate business requirements into scalable product capabilities and workflows
• Partner with Engineering and Operations teams to deliver modernized solutions
• Drive prioritization, execution tracking, and stakeholder alignment across initiatives
• Improve transparency, analytics, and operational efficiency across fund accounting processes
• Support client-facing modernization and future-state platform capabilities
   

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• 12+ years of product management or investment operations experience
• Strong understanding of NAV, fund accounting, or asset servicing workflows
• Experience managing complex cross-functional product initiatives
• Ability to work across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
