Who We Are

Perchwell is the modern real estate listings platform built for agents to search smarter, collaborate better, and close deals faster. We are building the future of residential real estateʼs critical listings infrastructure: a platform where market  research and client collaboration converge. Our modern architecture enables continuous innovation at a pace legacy systems cannot match, with AI-powered features and mobile-first capabilities designed for how agents actually work. As consumer expectations and technology evolve, Perchwell remains focused on our core vision:  empowering real estate professionals with the most intelligent, data-driven, and connected platform in the industry.

Backed by leading venture capital firms including Lux Capital and Founders Fund, along with strategic partnerships with some of the country's top Multiple Listing Services (MLSs), Perchwell represents the first major new platform to enter the listings technology market in decades. This unique combination of institutional investment and deep industry alignment provides both the resources and market validation needed to transform the multi-trillion dollar residential real estate industry.

What We're Looking For:

We’re hiring a Director of Product to play a pivotal role in this next chapter of Perchwell’s growth. This is a strategic leadership role for a proven product leader with experience driving both product development and go-to-market success.

You’ll partner with executive leadership to shape our product vision and commercialization strategy. You’ll help redefine the Perchwell platform for both MLS and brokerage customers across web and mobile. In parallel, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to refine our sales motions, craft growth strategies, and accelerate adoption of our platform.

This role is a strong fit if you’ve shipped impactful B2B or B2C SaaS products, led go-to-market initiatives, and thrive at the intersection of product, growth, and business strategy.

We are looking for someone to work out of our New York City office in SoHo 3-4 days/week.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Perchwell’s core platform product strategy — defining and executing against a roadmap that reflects the evolving needs of MLS and brokerage customers.

  • Own the cross-functional growth strategy — partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on positioning, packaging, and adoption strategies, including helping to drive growth loops with potential to drive product virality.

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to build differentiated, high-impact products across web and mobile platforms.

  • Work directly with executive leadership to shape product direction, influence company strategy, and develop creative approaches to accelerate growth.

  • Establish product processes and rigor that enable fast-paced iteration while maintaining strategic focus.

  • Stay insanely close to customers and the market — be regularly speaking to customers, using their insights to inform product decisions and growth strategies.

What You'll Need:

  • 6+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2C SaaS, with a track record of delivering high-impact products and driving growth strategies.

  • Experience partnering with go-to-market teams on positioning, packaging, and product-led growth initiatives.

  • Proven leadership in fast-paced, high-accountability environments with a bias for action.

  • Exceptional product taste and customer empathy.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker who can also dive deep and drive execution.

Who You Are:

  • Growth-Oriented Leader — You see opportunity in every challenge and push beyond the obvious.

  • Collaborative Partner — You thrive on working across teams and breaking down silos.
Strategic Operator — You can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to ensure execution.
Customer-Centric Builder — You anchor your decisions in real customer needs and business impact.

Salary Range:

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Our ranges are based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, job-related knowledge and depth of work experience.

The compensation for this position is $175K-$225K base salary + equity + benefits

Benefits:

  • Flexible PTO, plus 10 paid company holidays

  • 401K with a company match

  • Medical, dental, and vision plans

  • HSA and FSA options

  • Commuter benefits

  • Parental leave

  • Company-wide onsite or offsite each year

  • Beautiful office in Soho, Manhattan with a stocked kitchen, catered breakfast and lunch once per week, happy hours and meet-ups

Note: At this time, we are only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation Range: $175K - $225K
