You will be responsible for optimizing strategic relationships, maximizing revenue growth, and fostering innovation across our partner base. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will bring a consultative, commercially driven approach to strengthen collaboration and deliver measurable business impact.

This is a management position overseeing 2-5 individuals within the Publisher Growth vertical at adMarketplace.
What You'll Do:
- Own commercial performance across publisher partnerships by leveraging data, insights, and market knowledge to identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and deliver profitable outcomes.
- Manage and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders across our publisher network, positioning yourself as a key commercial partner.
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, contract negotiations, and quarterly business reviews to maximize long-term partner value.
- Drive revenue growth across both new and existing publishers through consultative sales strategies, optimization initiatives, and innovative deal structures.
- Build and expand partnerships with AI-driven and search publishers, staying ahead of industry shifts and innovation.
- Collaborate with Business Development to establish and cultivate relationships with new top-tier publishers, ensuring seamless integration and long-term success.
- Translate partner needs into actionable solutions, influencing product enhancements and new offerings that strengthen our competitive advantage.
- Coordinate closely with demand-side teams to align supply opportunities with advertiser objectives, delivering impactful results.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for publishers, addressing queries while proactively identifying growth levers.
- Manage and coach team members to develop commercial acumen, foster career growth, and support partnership excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in partner management, account management, or commercial roles within digital media, advertising, or technology.
- Proven track record of revenue growth, commercial negotiations, and senior stakeholder management.
- Experience working with search publishers, AI publishers, or platforms leveraging AI-driven monetization strategies.
- 1-3 years of management experience with a focus on developing high-performing, commercially minded teams.
- Strong consultative sales and influencing skills with the ability to navigate complex partner organizations.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple high-impact opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to apply media math, forecasting, and performance metrics to drive outcomes.
- Deep understanding of the competitive digital and adtech landscape, market dynamics, and monetization models.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities with senior executives.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office; strong business writing and presentation skills.
