By combining pre-trade analytics with next-gen trading protocols, LTX is creating a more efficient front-office experience for the buy-side and sell-side, facilitating pre-trade signaling, Stack insights, and superior execution.
We are looking to add a self-motivated Relationship Manager to our LTx sales team to help expand business across multiple fixed income products within our Bank and Broker Dealer client base.
A successful candidate will possess the right blend of experience and relationships to drive the growth of the business. This role may be based in New York City with the ability to travel to client sites and the LTx NYC office on occasion for team meetings. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive the growth of the Bank and Broker Dealer Fixed Income business by onboarding, training and expanding relationships with existing customers, driving revenue building market share and enhancing the reputation of the brand.
Work with sell-side traders and salespeople to maximize execution opportunities and optimize trading experience.
Communicate effectively with internal groups to drive consensus on business direction, seek input and share knowledge to ensure a cohesive sales and product development strategy.
Develop and maintain relationships with a broad range of external stakeholders on the sell-side who should be contacted/visited on a frequent basis.
Develop in-depth knowledge of workflows and distinct trading strategies within the various prospect institutions and effectively communicating and demonstrating how LTx supports these trading needs.
Partner with other team members to build our network and client activity.
Partner with sell-side to understand needs, bring feedback to the product development team and facilitate the partnership between LTx and our customers to maximize product usage with existing customers as well as prospect new customers.
Cement LTx’s position as a Fixed Income market leader by demonstrating a deep understanding of the competitive environment and the key points of product differentiation.
Monitor competitors' products, sales and marketing activities.
Assist in proper client on-boarding and platform training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. MBA or CFA preferred.
5+ years’ experience actively selling electronic trading products in the FI, FX or equities markets.
Experience within Rates or Credit products or FI operations at a Sell-side institution, E-Commerce ECN or Inter Dealer Broker preferred.
Detail oriented, results driven, and possesses a strong client focus.
Excellent analytical, communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Outstanding team player dedicated to encouraging and boosting group performance.
Ability to travel as needed (roughly 25%) and visit the NYC office periodically throughout the year for training and development.
Current FINRA Series 7 license or ability to qualify for one required.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $120,000.00- $140,000.
Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
