  • Serve as the company’s internal subject matter expert on ASC 606 and related SEC guidance.
  • Lead the design and execution of scalable, SOX-compliant revenue processes and systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, CPQ, RevPro/Zuora/Celigo).
  • Establish controls and procedures for completeness and accuracy of revenue recognition, deferred revenue, contract assets, and other related areas.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Sales Operations on deal desk support and contract structuring.
  • Oversee the accounting for non-standard contracts, usage-based pricing, variable consideration, and multi-element arrangements.
  • Support quarterly and annual financial statement audits, including technical memos and disclosures.
  • Partner with FP&A and Investor Relations to ensure accurate forecasting and presentation of revenue KPIs and trends.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing revenue accounting team and oversee hiring plans as needed.
