About the role: 

Q is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations and Strategy. You will work closely with sales, account management and marketing to build out a strong operational infrastructure to support a rapidly growing team. You will be a critical part of Q’s continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement process improvements that drive accelerated growth and improved productivity. For example:
    • territory structure refinement
    • funnel conversion optimization
    • outbound lead development
    • closed-loss analysis
  • Ensure the business is capturing the right data, and reporting on it an effective and actionable way
  • Enable revenue-generating teams through ongoing training, and by ensuring our processes and systems are simple and lightweight
  • Partner with the head of revenue to support the planning and budgeting cycle - including headcount and quota planning, as well as comp plan design and implementation
  • Own tracking and reporting on commissions for sales and account management
  • Build and lead a world class sales operations team to support a rapidly growing business

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of sales operations or a mix of finance, sales and sales operations experience, with a minimum of 4 years sales operations experience
  • Preference given to experience in high growth SaaS companies, or B2B, subscription businesses
  • Experience managing, leading, and developing a sales operations team
  • Deep, experience-based knowledge of salesforce.com and other sales automation tools; understanding of industry best practices
