About Syllo

Syllo is defining the Litigation AI category. We are the first unified platform designed to autonomously manage the entire litigation lifecycle end-to-end. Founded in 2019 by a team of litigators and engineers, Syllo enables legal teams to securely harness the power of AI across any matter, regardless of complexity or scale. Our technology supports Fortune 500 companies and AmLaw 200 firms managing their most complex litigation portfolios. Awarded ILTA Transformative Project of the Year and ALM eDiscovery Technology of the Year for 2026, we are the market leader in enterprise-grade litigation AI. Backed by top-tier VCs, we are at a clear inflection point. The team has doubled in the last six months and growth is accelerating.

About the role

As a Senior Individual Contributor within the Sales organization, you will act as the foundational architect for our revenue infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will execute a strategic roadmap aligned with overarching business priorities while partnering closely with Central Operations to maintain shared standards, tooling, and resource allocation.

This is a hands-on, builder-first role. You will initially focus on designing and deploying the core infrastructure yourself, with the long-term opportunity to scale and lead a team as the function matures.

You will own revenue operations end-to-end, serving as the strategic driver behind our CRM architecture, funnel mechanics, sales tooling, commission tracking, and forecasting. Partnering closely with the Head of Sales, you will optimize this ecosystem to ensure pipeline data is highly accurate, routing is fast, and revenue forecasts are entirely defensible to the board.

Syllo is a small, ambitious team intent on transforming the litigation industry. Our people are direct, curious, and invested in each other's success. We look for people who hold themselves to a high standard without being told to and who treat colleagues with kindness and respect. Judgment and drive matter more to us than a specific number of years. Syllo is scaling fast and this scope will evolve. We hire for judgment and ownership, not for a fixed task list.

What You Will Do

  • Own the CRM: Architect and administer HubSpot. Configure objects, workflows, lead routing, and pipeline stages that accurately reflect how enterprise deals move in practice.
  • Deliver the Forecast: Build the reporting infrastructure and inspection processes that produce a revenue forecast leadership and the board can confidently rely on.
  • Run Commission Mechanics: Build and maintain automated commission tracking frameworks and sales performance reporting.
  • Own the Sales Tool Stack: Evaluate, implement, and administer sales and marketing tooling. Ruthlessly retire what is underutilized.
  • Support Strategic Planning: Provide the capacity, coverage, and productivity analysis required to drive territory, quota, and headcount decisions.

What You Bring

  • Revenue Operations Ownership: Proven experience owning RevOps at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, including direct accountability for forecast accuracy.
  • CRM Architecture: Advanced HubSpot administration skills (Salesforce experience is a plus). You are highly comfortable building custom objects, complex automation, and routing logic yourself.
  • Commercial Modeling: Experience structuring commission calculations, usage-based billing logic, or comparable revenue mechanics.
  • Forecast Credibility: A track record of transforming complex, multi-channel funnel data into highly accurate, defensible revenue forecasts.
  • Independent Build Capacity: The ability to operate highly effectively without a team, prioritize ruthlessly, and clearly communicate trade-offs on what will and won't get done.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 6+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM systems at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated ownership of CRM architecture and forecasting for a complex, enterprise sales motion.
  • Hands-on HubSpot administration experience (certifications are a plus).
  • Experience supporting enterprise deal cycles of six months or longer.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Total rewards and benefits

At Syllo, we believe in taking care of our team so they can focus on building the future of legal tech.

Compensation: Competitive base salary and equity options. Base salary range: $160,000 to $200,000, with opportunity for bonus.

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and voluntary insurance options. Vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays. Access to benefit counselors and fitness class reimbursements.

Growth: Annual learning and development budget and real career growth in a fast-scaling organization.
