About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking a results-oriented Director, Sales – Depot Services to lead a team of Territory Managers and drive regional service revenue growth across the U.S. This role is accountable for delivering against quota, building a disciplined sales operating rhythm, and expanding customer adoption of PartsSource’s biomedical service solutions—including preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and managed service programs.

You will focus on three core outcomes: (1) consistent team quota attainment, (2) strong pipeline generation and forecast accuracy, and (3) expansion of health system partnerships through effective execution in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will coach, inspect, and actively support your team in closing deals and growing accounts.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Sales Team

  • Coach Territory Managers to exceed quota and service revenue targets.
  • Reinforce disciplined Sales Planning & Pipeline Generation practices.
  • Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and structured coaching sessions.
  • Recruit and onboard top-performing sales professionals in key markets. 

Drive Regional Growth in Biomedical Services

  • Execute regional BMES growth strategy aligned to enterprise objectives.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities using Market Expansion Strategy insights.
  • Lead consultative selling engagements leveraging strong Needs Assessment and Closing Skills.
  • Build executive relationships through strong Executive Presence & Engagement.
  • Personally engage in complex or strategic deals to support closing and remove barriers.
  • Partner with internal teams to shape pricing, proposals, and contract strategy for service agreements. 

Own Forecasting, Analytics & Operational Rigor

  • Maintain forecast accuracy through structured Pipeline Management.
  • Use Sales Analytics to evaluate performance and adjust strategy.
  • Ensure CRM compliance and reporting visibility across the region.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations to align service capabilities and customer expectations.
  • Inspect deal quality, pricing strategy, and pipeline health to improve win rates and deal velocity. 

Strengthen Strategic Health System Partnerships

  • Develop proactive Account Planning for large IDNs and hospital systems.
  • Drive service expansion through Cross-Selling and Upselling strategies.
  • Support renewal strategy and long-term contract growth.
  • Represent PartsSource at industry events and executive customer meetings. 

What You’ll Bring

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of sales experience in healthcare services, medical device, or biomedical service industries.
  • 3+ years leading field-based sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success selling service contracts or recurring revenue solutions.
  • Experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and forecasting accuracy.
  • Ability to travel up to 60–75% within assigned region.

Preferred:

  • Experience selling biomedical equipment service agreements (PM, CM, managed services).
  • Experience navigating complex hospital procurement and IDN structures.
