Department: Commerce Operations
We’re looking for a visionary Director of Sales Technology to spearhead our global CRM and Sales Technology Ecosystem. This is a transformational leadership role where you’ll modernize and innovate within our enterprise Salesforce environment, driving impact across three regions (EMEA, APAC, NA) and multiple business units.
- Shape Strategy & Vision
Lead our Salesforce CRM strategy to enhance business development, agent experience, and stakeholder engagement. Drive innovation with AI, personalization, and data cloud capabilities to create best-in-class sales experiences. - Lead & Inspire Teams
Manage and develop a global team of admins, analysts, and developers. Foster a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous improvement. - Architect & Implement Solutions
Design and optimize a modern Salesforce ecosystem, integrating tools like Marketo, Highspot, ZoomInfo, and more. Own the roadmap for CRM innovation and scale. - Collaborate Across Functions
Partner with regional operations, marketing technology, and data teams to ensure compliance, governance, and seamless execution.
- 8+ years in sales technology leadership, with at least 3 years managing global teams.
- Expert-level Salesforce knowledge (Ranger or above) and experience with complex, multi-business unit implementations.
- Proven success in global CRM transformations and operationalizing business strategy through technology.
- Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks, Salesforce Data Cloud, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in matrix organizations.
- Growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $123,786 to $176, 387 more depending on experience.
