OX Security is looking for a high-impact, hands-on RVP of Sales to lead and scale our North American sales organization. As the RVP, you will be the driving force behind our US market presence, responsible for managing a high-performing team of Account Executives while personally driving strategic, high-value deals.

This is a leadership role for a "Player-Coach" who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, possesses deep cybersecurity expertise, and knows how to build a repeatable, scalable go-to-market motion from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience managing sales teams within the B2B SaaS Cybersecurity space.
  • Proven "Player-Coach" Track Record: Significant experience as a top-performing individual contributor with a tested ability to close complex enterprise deals.
  • Cybersecurity Domain Expertise: Deep familiarity with the cyber landscape (Experience in AppSec/DevSecOps is a major advantage).
  • Strategic Leadership: Strong ability to coach, recruit, and retain top talent while building a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Operational Excellence: Expert-level communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • Startup Agility: Comfortable navigating the ambiguity and speed of a hyper-growth startup environment.
