•      Track prospect interactions, sales stages, activities, and pipeline progression

•      Generate reports and provide updates on sales activity, lead status, and opportunity development

•      Ensure data integrity and consistent documentation of client communications

•      Assist with marketing campaign tracking and lead attribution efforts

Event & Industry Engagement

•      Attend targeted radiology, healthcare, and revenue cycle management conferences and networking events

•      Support booth coordination, lead collection, and post-event follow-up activities

•      Represent the company professionally at local and national industry meetings

•      Assist in identifying strategic sponsorship and partnership opportunities

•      Some overnight travel is required for conferences, client meetings, and industry events

Collaboration & Team Support

•      Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and executive leadership teams

•      Assist with proposal development, presentation preparation, and sales collateral distribution

•      Participate in regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and strategic planning discussions

•      Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, outreach strategies, and customer engagement

•      Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms

•      Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

•      Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
