Role Summary
The Director of Sales will focus on driving pipeline execution and achieving revenue targets at PartsBase. This individual contributor role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to closing complex deals and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a hands-on SaaS sales professional with a proven track record in pipeline management, deal execution, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Develop Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales playbook aligned with PartsBase’s mission and vision to accelerate growth.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Own the sales pipeline, consistently meet sales goals, and drive new business through prospecting and networking.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the CEO and leadership to align sales efforts with company priorities.

  • Sales Operations & Analytics: Optimize sales operations using data to track progress, manage forecasts, and improve performance.

  • Customer Management: Lead C-level discussions, negotiate contracts, and build long-term customer relationships.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of driving growth and managing complex sales cycles.

  • Sales Expertise: Strong solution-selling, contract negotiation, and experience managing pipeline end-to-end.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

  • Skills: Expertise in sales automation tools, strong analytical skills, and high emotional intelligence.
