We’re seeking a dynamic, driven Director, Sales who will be responsible for all sales and consulting activities, from warm call through close in their assigned territory or targets of desire. This role will work within the Sales department and will be responsible for meeting key sales, business development and revenue targets. The Director, Sales will also leverage their healthcare knowledge in developing impactful sales collateral and campaigns that convey EHE’s essential preventive mission.
The ideal candidate will qualify leads and strategically tailor outreaches to draw in prospects. We need someone who understands how to navigate all aspects of a complex sales process, ideally combined with deep subject matter expertise in healthcare, benefits or similar sectors.

In this role, you will:
- Meet performance sales standards as set by the Sales leadership team
- Conduct regular calls and/or meetings to introduce EHE’s program to CEOs, CFOs and Senior HR Executives
- Communicate EHE’s value through inspiring and high-impact material, including pitch decks, RFP responses, proposals, client renewal presentations and additional collateral
- Develop sale strategies for long-term revenue growth and strategic partnerships
- Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects of the various solutions the company offers to address their business issues
- Create and conduct effective proposal presentations
- Develop a database of qualified leads through warm-calling, referrals and networking
- Maintain an accurate record of contact with prospects/customers using in-house client management system
- Gather detailed business information for presentation of solutions to identified prospects’ business problems
- Prepare weekly sales and cold call reports
- Administer all sales support processes in line with internal requirements
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
- Attend conferences as requested
What the role requires:
- Bachelor's Degree; concentration in Business, Management or related field preferred
- Demonstrated sales track record with large corporations, with at least 5 years’ experience selling into Key/National Accounts
- Active, leverageable C-level relationships of multiple Fortune 500 companies, a plus
- Deep relationships with healthcare consultants (WTW, Aon, Mercer), a strong plus
- Knowledge of the health & wellbeing vendor landscape ideal, but not required
- Ability to set strategy and participate in business planning initiatives at the C-Level
- Consultative disposition and constructive curiosity into all facets of a client’s business
- Ability to create a need versus waiting for things to develop, proactive deal management coupled with solution-oriented salesmanship
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience preparing RFI/RFPs; strong oral presentation skills
- Expert relationship builder throughout all levels of a client organization
- Thorough grasp of health care analytics and data, or the ability to get up-to-speed quickly
- Overall passion for health and wellbeing with a genuine commitment to represent a product that improves the lives of its users
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce, or other CRM software
- Unparalleled organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to travel up to 40-60%
