About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and creative marketing leader to oversee the North America social media, influencer, creator, and experiential marketing strategy for a fast-growing consumer brand. This individual will be responsible for building integrated programs that strengthen brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and create meaningful connections across digital and in-person touchpoints. The ideal candidate is both a visionary strategist and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands today's evolving social landscape, and has a proven track record of developing impactful influencer partnerships and memorable brand experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the North America social media strategy across all owned social platforms.
- Build and execute a comprehensive influencer and creator marketing strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, talent agencies, and strategic partners.
- Oversee the planning and execution of consumer events, creator experiences, retailer activations, brand partnerships, and community engagement programs.
- Develop integrated campaigns that connect social, influencer, experiential, and retail marketing initiatives.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks across social media, influencer, creator, community, experiential, and advocacy programs.
- Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to optimize future strategies and maximize ROI.
- Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, PR, Sales, Retail Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment across all consumer-facing initiatives.
- Manage agency partners and external vendors while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay ahead of emerging social trends, platform updates, creator partnerships, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, experiential marketing, or integrated marketing.
- Proven success developing and executing social media and influencer strategies for a consumer-facing brand.
- Experience leading creator partnerships, talent relationships, and influencer campaigns at scale.
- Strong understanding of today's social media platforms, content trends, and creator ecosystem.
- Experience planning and executing consumer events, experiential marketing programs, and retail activations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing KPIs, measuring campaign performance, and translating insights into action.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing agencies, external partners, and marketing budgets is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $160,000 annually based on experience. (with potential opportunity for equity package)
