Director Solution Engineering

The Director of Solution Engineering is responsible for the development and execution of the overall strategy and operation of the solution engineering team. As the leader of the solution engineering team, the Director of Solution Engineering must ensure the team is consistently executing client and prospect-facing sales engagement at the highest level.

Responsibilities:

• Development and execution of solution engineering staffing and development plans
• Oversight of key presales projects including new solutions, industry templates, critical go-to-market programs.
• Support all sales and presales management reporting requirements
• Development of ongoing education and enablement programs for the presales team.
• Oversight and review of RFP responses

The compensation for this position is $120k to $160k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to a candidate's location, job-related knowledge, skills, and work experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities and other forms of discretionary annual bonus. Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better. Experience Required Proven presales management experience Knowledge of SAP ERP Knowledge of one of critical industries including but not limited to: consumer goods, retail, high-tech and life science Strong reasoning skills and a confident manner even in the most critical situations Quick to grasp new concepts, demonstrating a distinct aptitude for learning Excellent oral and written communication skills Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment Experience working in MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Equal Opportunity Employer
