The Director of Solution Engineering is responsible for the development and execution of the overall strategy and operation of the solution engineering team. As the leader of the solution engineering team, the Director of Solution Engineering must ensure the team is consistently executing client and prospect-facing sales engagement at the highest level.
Responsibilities:
- Development and execution of solution engineering staffing and development plans
- Oversight of key presales projects including new solutions, industry templates, critical go-to-market programs.
- Support all sales and presales management reporting requirements
- Development of ongoing education and enablement programs for the presales team.
- Oversight and review of RFP responses
The compensation for this position is $120k to $160k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to a candidate's location, job-related knowledge, skills, and work experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities and other forms of discretionary annual bonus. Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better.
