HR Program Management:

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Act as a mediator to help resolve conflicts within the department, escalating as needed.
  • Own audits and documentation processes, collaborating with Legal and Compliance teams.

People Analytics:

  • Analyze and interpret people data (e.g., engagement surveys, compensation metrics) to provide recommendations for improvement within the department.
  • Track trends within the department to proactively identify risks and develop preventative solutions.

Talent Acquisition Collaboration:

  • Support Talent Acquisition by providing guidance on job leveling, compensation strategies, exceptions, and onboarding best practices.
