Welcome to Nanit, the high-growth baby tech company that is changing the way parents view their babies' wellness through the world’s most advanced baby monitor and parenting products. In 2016, the Nanit baby monitor revolutionized the industry with computer-vision and machine-learning capabilities that helped parents understand their baby’s sleep patterns and allowed them to achieve better sleep quality. Now, the company has become the leader in the connected parenting space, with an incredible customer base of highly-engaged parents who look to Nanit as a source of information and expertise on their parenting journey.

About The Role:

We are seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end orchestration of our manufacturing ecosystem. This role will serve as the critical bridge between market demand and factory execution. This role is responsible for planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and cost optimization, ensuring we can reliably deliver high-quality products while supporting rapid growth.

Reporting into the EVP, Manufacturing Operations, you’ll partner closely with Fulfillment, Finance, Product, Engineering, and external manufacturing partners to build a resilient, data-driven supply chain that balances speed, cost, quality, and risk.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partner closely with the Business Operations Team to deliver on our global production strategy, converting sales forecast and inventory positions into executable demand and production plans
  • Oversee CM/JDM partnership. Own the day-to-day relationships with overseas partners, serving as the primary point of contact and leading recurring production reviews
  • Develop and execute rigorous production and shipment schedules, directly driving CTB “clear to build” process, ensuring component level material readiness
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate sub-tier supply risks (e.g. memory, chipset constraints), leading cross functional escalation and responses efforts as needed
  • Deliver clear, timely updates to EVP of Manufacturing Operations and other key stakeholders on supply chain health, manufacturing capacity, constraints, and BOM cost trends.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years required leadership experience in supply chain within consumer electronics, IoT or adjacent industries
  • Experience managing  Tier 1 Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and JDMs in Asia
  • Self-sufficient in a lean environment and able to successfully transition products from New Product Introduction (NPI) to high-volume mass production
  • You are a power user of ERP/Excel and thrive when managing your own data and processes.
  • Expert knowledge of diverse sourcing models, including AVAP (Assigned Vendor Approved Part) and direct-buy strategies
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing cost drivers, including MOH (Manufacturing Overhead), SG&A, and the impact of component cost-creep on total gross margins.
  • Exceptional ability to manage relationships across time zones and cultures, specifically with high-level counterparts at major manufacturing partners
  • Comfort operating across time zones, with the ability to support regular meetings with Asia-based partners and travel internationally as needed for factory audits and NPI transitions

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Hybrid in office schedule
  • Remote work from home month in August
  • Flexible PTO (we trust you to take the time you need)
  • Equity options so you can share in our growth
  • Paid parental leave for all new parents
  • Employee discounts on Nanit products
  • Work from home stipend
  • Monthly team events

This role is open to hybrid or fully remote candidates. If based in NYC, you would be expected to work from our NYC HQ two days per week.

EEO, Salary and Location:

Salary Range: $175,000 - $185,000 base salary + plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We provide employment opportunities without regard to age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other protected class.
