TodayTix is seeking a highly-qualified candidate for the role of Director of Ticketing Operations.

• Director of Ticketing Operations reports into VP of Account Services and is based in the TodayTix midtown NYC office
• Responsible for oversight of all ticketing operations and logistics, including allocation and procurement of 1M+ tickets / year 
• Manages a team of 50 across various US cities, including 8 full time in NYC
• Oversees the fulfillment process of TodayTix lottery & rush programs
• Presents proposals and lead initiatives in effort of maximizing ticket sales 
• Identifies and institutes practices to increase efficiency
• Offers sales-related insights and pricing recommendations 
• Coordinates cash flow needs in conjunction with sales trends/buying behavior
• Cross departmental collaborator, working closely with Guest Services, Account Services, finance, tech and product teams to execute various projects as pertinent to business development, inventory management and ticket fulfillment.
• Work schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 10am-8pm. Holiday and evening work often required.
