As the Director of Travel Partnerships here at Bilt Rewards, you will be responsible for managing and growing Bilt's relationships with airline and hotel partners. You will develop strategies to maximize member engagement with travel partners while ensuring these partnerships deliver value to both Bilt members and our partners. You will be the primary point of contact for our travel partners and will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute travel-related promotions and benefits.

The salary range for a Director, Travel Partnerships is $125,000 - 160,000 and will be eligible for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.

In this role, you will...
- Maintain weekly communication with Bilt airline and hotel partners to foster deep, positive relationships, reinforce Bilt's value proposition as a direct currency and travel partner, and ensure seamless partnership execution.
- Conduct detailed analysis and develop strategic initiatives to maximize Bilt member engagement with each direct partner.
- Create and implement comprehensive strategies to position Bilt as a marketing and engagement platform for hotel and airline partners, driving their specific goals and behaviors in the North American market.
- Generate internal reports and analysis to shape Bilt's long-term strategic goals, focusing on meaningful member engagement with travel partners while effectively managing cost-per-point (CPP) and promotion expenses.
- Design, implement, and evaluate evergreen and promotional Bilt elite status benefits to enhance member value and loyalty.
- Develop, execute, and measure limited-time promotions for both Rent Day events and longer-term marketing campaigns.
- Lead the development of Bilt's travel partner portal to enable near self-service capabilities, allowing travel partners to independently run campaigns on the Bilt platform.
- Collaborate with Bilt's broader member loyalty team and travel technology partners to ensure smooth operations of the Bilt 2.0 Travel platform and develop enhanced travel capabilities that drive revenue to Bilt.
- Spearhead additional partnership initiatives, including partner co-brand card spend programs, partner currency redemption through Bilt, and other strategic capabilities.
In terms of qualifications, we're seeking:
- 7+ years of experience in loyalty program management, partnership development, and/or travel industry roles
- Passion for the travel and loyalty industry with a high understanding of hotel and airline loyalty programs and what makes great travel experiences
- Demonstrable experience managing relationships with airlines and/or hotel chains
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Experience developing and executing successful marketing promotions in the loyalty or travel space
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong project management abilities, organization skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and best practices in loyalty program management
- Experience with partnership development and contract negotiation
- Technical understanding of loyalty platforms, currency exchange programs and complex SSO/API integrations
