  • Lead underwriting support operations across multiple lines of business, including high-volume submission clearance, premium booking, auto rating, loss runs, policy requests, endorsement tracking, and customer service
  • Oversee producer management operations to ensure compliance with state appointment requirements, manage producer onboarding, and maintain records for domestic and international producers
  • Provide strategic direction, resource planning, and performance oversight for onshore and offshore teams to meet established service-level agreements
  • Partner with underwriting and cross-functional leaders to support business objectives through operational planning, workflow optimization, and service delivery improvements
  • Lead process improvement initiatives leveraging artificial intelligence and robotic process automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance
