What You Will Achieve
As the Portfolio Marketing Program Implementation Lead, you will report to Portfolio Marketing Lead. With your marketing team you will be accountable for the development, design and delivery of Pfizer's approach, strategy and execution at scale the most impactful vaccine implementation programs which will increase immunizations across the marketplace in line with CDC recommendations.
The US Vaccines Portfolio Marketing Program Implementation Lead oversees a marketing team of three colleagues as direct reports focused on delivery of portfolio vaccine implementation programs. You will lead a team of marketers focused on breakthrough execution at scale delivering strategies, tactics and resources to help customers overcome barriers to adult, adolescent and pediatric immunization growing immunization rates in line with CDC/ACIP guidelines and brand strategies.
You will lead a cross-functional team leading with internal partners (Brand Teams, Field Teams, Medical, Retail & Access, Legal, Regulatory, Digital/Tech, Training, Marketing CoE) and leverage key external partners to maximize budget/resources driving best-in-class strategies and execution while measuring performance and driving continuous improvement in the strategies/execution.

This work will have broad scope and impact working across every Pfizer brand/asset, all key customer segments, with the scale to deliver meaningful change in the external market which accelerates business objectives.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Key Responsibilities
- Lead a marketing team dedicated to the prioritization, development and execution of opportunities to increase vaccine implementation/utilization
- Will serve as the subject matter expert and be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics including- Reminder Recall/Adherence programs, Health Information Technology Strategy & Execution, key external partnerships that advance vaccine implementation (e.g. AMGA vaccine confidence in coverage, growing IZ rates, Part D adjudication)
- Coach & develop team of marketers to develop marketing skills, capabilities and competencies while supporting career planning, development and progression
- Manage advertising and HIT agencies and other key external partners to ensure project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget
- Collaborate with Vaccines CFC teams including HIT Account Directors to support customer workflow/protocols including approval and training of customer facing materials
- Lead cross functional team across key internal and external partners to build integrated learning and measurement plan for execution against objectives

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with 8+ years of sales / marketing pharmaceutical experiences
- Led marketing/customer strategy development - brand, campaign, customer
- Experience designing, developing, gaining approvals, training and executing marketing plans and tactics
- Strong understanding of vaccine implementation programs including HIT, EMR systems, adherence programs including system functionality as it relates to the patient journey and key external partners
- Deep understanding of vaccines business and evolving healthcare landscape including organized customer (IDNs/Medical Groups) decision making process and opportunities to improve product adoption and utilization
- Experience leading, coaching, developing sales / marketing teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree with 10+ years of sales / marketing pharmaceutical experiences
- Hands-on/personal experience with top EHRs and HIT platforms and key external partners to deploy vaccine programs improving implementation/utilization
- Vaccines sales / marketing experience
