We are expanding our Workforce Solutions practice, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), embedded recruiting, and recruiting operations support.
We are looking for a Director of Workforce Solutions Business Development to lead enterprise client acquisition and help establish this growing practice.
Role Overview
The Director of Workforce Solutions Business Development will focus on building relationships with enterprise organizations that require scalable recruiting infrastructure and talent acquisition operations.
This role will lead complex enterprise sales cycles and work with internal leadership to design customized workforce solutions for clients.
This is a foundational role with the opportunity to help shape and scale a new service line within Ryz Labs.
Responsibilities
- Enterprise Business Development
Identify and pursue new workforce solutions opportunities with enterprise organizations
Build relationships with CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations leaders, and business executives
Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
- Solution Development
Work with internal recruiting and operations teams to design customized workforce solutions
Structure programs including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), embedded recruiting, and talent operations support
Define engagement models, pricing structures, and delivery frameworks
- Strategic Account Development
Develop long-term relationships with enterprise clients
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Serve as a strategic advisor on workforce and recruiting infrastructure
- Revenue Growth
Close large workforce solutions engagements and contribute to the growth of the practice
Help establish anchor clients and long-term partnerships
Required Experience
- 8–12+ years of workforce solutions, staffing, or talent services sales
- Proven experience selling enterprise services such as RPO, embedded recruiting, staffing, or workforce outsourcing
- Demonstrated success closing $500K–$2M+ services deals
- Experience working with enterprise HR and talent acquisition leaders
- Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
