Solutioning & Deal Structuring

  • Translate client needs into structured Managed Services solutions (scope, pricing, delivery model)

  • Partner with Transitions teams to ensure deals are implementable and scalable

  • Utilize pricing models aligned with CFGI’s delivery economics and margin expectations

  • Lead contract negotiations and commercial structuring

Internal Leadership & Collaboration

  • Reporting to the MS GTM leader, execute on opportunities

  • Coordinate with Transition, Automation, and Delivery through the transition period

  • Coordinate, identify, and understand additional opportunities across the firm

  • Support recruiting, training, and development of GTM and delivery talent

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, Managed Services, or finance transformation

  • Proven track record in selling and structuring Managed Services or outsourcing deals
