We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator to optimize technician scheduling, route planning, and job assignments. This role is critical to ensuring timely service delivery and maximizing field productivity.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, skillset, and location
    •    Optimize routes to reduce travel time and fuel costs
    •    Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time
    •    Coordinate parts, materials, and equipment logistics
    •    Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates
    •    Track daily performance metrics and reporting

Qualifications
    •    2–5 years dispatch or logistics experience
    •    Familiarity with scheduling and field service software

    •    Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or service industries preferred
