Objective: A highly organized and proactive Bilingual Operations Support Specialist will join our dynamic Delfina Medical Group team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations and providing exceptional support to both our patients and clinical staff.

About Us: Delfina Medical Group and Delfina Care Inc. provide a leading pregnancy care data platform and clinical services to improve maternal and child health outcomes.

About You: This multifaceted role balances direct patient engagement with essential administrative and operational tasks, contributing significantly to the efficiency of our healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities: 

  • Patient & Program Support and Care Coordination: Assist patients with scheduling appointments, managing referrals, and ensuring they have access to necessary services.
    • Patient Resource Navigation: Help patients understand their insurance benefits and navigate related inquiries.
    • Information Management: Facilitate the secure exchange and organization of patient health information and other relevant documentation.
    • Communication Hub: Serve as a primary point of contact for patient and provider inquiries, offering timely and accurate responses.
    • Technical Assistance: Provide remote troubleshooting support for patient-facing technologies and devices.
    • Group Program Logistics: Coordinate and support the scheduling, logistics, and execution of various patient education and support programs. This includes assisting instructors and participants, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback.
  • Administrative & Operational Excellence:
    • Comprehensive Document Management: Maintain highly organized digital and physical records, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance for contracts, reports, and other critical documentation.
    • General Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including managing email groups, and maintaining communication channels on platforms like Slack.
    • Data Tracking & Reporting: Accurately track key operational metrics, such as patient intake, service utilization, and program engagement data, to support reporting and insights.

Qualifications: 

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, preferably within a healthcare or medical office setting.
  • Organizational Prowess: Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools, virtual communication platforms (e.g., Slack, email management systems), and patient management software.
  • Patient-Focused: A compassionate and patient-oriented approach, with a strong ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
  • Problem-Solver: Proactive in identifying issues and resourceful in finding solutions, particularly in a remote support environment.

Compensation: $65,000 per year 


The base salary range for this full-time position in the United States represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training. New hires who meet most of the qualifications above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted salary range. 

Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision benefits are provided as options for all full-time employees at Delfina Medical Group. Additional company benefits include flexible vacation PTO, mental health and sick leave, company holidays, bereavement, family and parental leave.
