About the Role
RCAI is a 35-year-old U.S.-based orthopedic brace manufacturer, and we are rebuilding our e-commerce operation around AI from the ground up. This is not a role for someone who uses ChatGPT to draft emails. This is a role for someone who will architect, build, and run an AI-powered revenue engine — orchestrated agent teams that produce multi-modal content, distribute it across email, social, and web, manage campaigns end-to-end, and optimize conversion with minimal human intervention.
If you have been quietly building agent workflows across frontier models — Claude and Claude Code as your primary stack, with Hermes agents and other open-source models where they fit — integrating them through MCP servers and custom APIs, experimenting with Higgsfield for video generation, extending Claude with GitHub-sourced skills for SEO and copywriting, and thinking “this could replace most of a marketing team if someone built it right” — this is that role. You will have the autonomy to build it, real product and customer infrastructure to deploy it against, and uncapped commission on every sale you drive.
You are also responsible for day-to-day e-commerce operations: Shopify platform health, NetSuite integration for orders, refunds, and shipping, payment gateways, and product listings. This is the substrate your AI engine runs on. We are not asking you to choose between operator and builder; we are asking you to be both.
Systems You Will Build
- An AI marketing agent team — specialized agents for SEO research, copywriting, ad creative, landing page generation, performance analysis, and brand voice consistency, orchestrated through Claude Code
- A multi-modal content pipeline producing written, video, audio, and image content at scale, distributed automatically across email, social media, and the website
- End-to-end campaign automation: from brief to creative to landing page to ad variants to tracking, without manual asset production
- An e-commerce agent team handling inventory monitoring, listing optimization, customer segmentation, and revenue opportunity surfacing
- Integrations connecting your agent teams to Shopify, Canva, Higgsfield, Google Workspace, ad networks, and email/social platforms via MCP servers, custom APIs, and existing platform APIs
- Hermes agents (or equivalent open-source agents) deployed where they outperform Claude for a given task, with appropriate isolation from RCAI’s NetSuite and other sensitive systems
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Shopify platform health, configuration, and optimization across DTC and B2B
- NetSuite integration for orders, refunds, inventory sync, and shipping workflows
- Payment gateways, shipping rules, and customer portal logic
- Product listings, UI/UX, and on-site conversion optimization
- Direct partnership with sales, customer service, shipping, and manufacturing teams
Who You Are
- 4+ years of e-commerce operations experience, ideally with Shopify and an ERP integration (NetSuite preferred)
- Demonstrated fluency across frontier models, with deep proficiency in Claude and Claude Code — custom skills, sub-agents, MCP server integration, and custom API development
- Hands-on experience building Hermes agents or equivalent open-source agent stacks is a strong plus
- Public or demonstrable experience building agent workflows — bring your GitHub, your screen recordings, or your portfolio
- Working fluency with Higgsfield, Canva, and the broader generative AI tooling landscape
- Real, dollar-denominated proof that you have driven e-commerce revenue, not just traffic
- Comfort with API integration, automation, and the kind of debugging that AI-powered systems require
- Hunger for an uncapped-commission compensation model
Compensation
Base $110,000–$125,000 plus uncapped commission on sales you drive. The base signals that we are serious. The commission is where wealth gets created. Your earning potential is directly tied to revenue, with no ceiling.
Why RCAI
We are stable, profitable, owner-operated, and 35 years old — and we are betting the next decade on AI-native operations. You will not be one of fifty engineers at a Bay Area AI startup arguing about strategy. You will be the person rebuilding a real, profitable company’s commerce engine, with real budget, real customers, and the freedom to execute.
