About the Job: 

Comfrt is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify Plus store and ecommerce ecosystem. You’ll partner with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure the site is accurate, high-performing, and conversion-focused. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and excited to make a direct impact on online revenue.

 

Responsibilities:

Site Operations & Product Management

  • Assist with daily Shopify and TikTok Shop operations, ensuring site stability and seamless user experience.
  • Set up, QA, and launch new products accurately and on schedule on Shopify Plus and TikTok Shop.
  • Maintain and audit product catalog data, including descriptions, imagery, sizing, inventory, and filters.
  • Troubleshoot site issues and coordinate with developers, vendors, or internal teams for resolution.
     

Digital Merchandising & Campaign Execution

  • Assist with execution of digital merchandising strategies, with the goal of optimizing the customer experience to increase sales and improve conversion rates
  • Assist with execution of campaigns including promotions, seasonal updates, and landing pages.
  • Support QA for all campaign changes, updates, and deployments.
  • Analyze site and product performance to inform merchandising and marketing decisions
  • Assist with other Ecommerce initiatives across cross-channel auditing, SEO, creative optimization and competitor research. 
     

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operations

  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Ops on campaign planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience to resolve online order or product data issues.
  • Support ad-hoc ecommerce projects and manage relationships with vendors or service providers.
  • Collaborate with the Tech team to identify and resolve bugs and QA new features.
 

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of ecommerce or digital merchandising experience; DTC/fashion experience a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and ecommerce CMS tools; familiarity with Asana or Monday.com preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to follow through independently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and standard office tools.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Inquisitive and interested in growing overall digital knowledge
