  • Conduct deep analyses of client businesses to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions in relation to monthly, quarterl,y and yearly growth targets.
  • Foster lasting relationships with clients and team members, ensuring long-term success for both Lilo Social and our partners.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in eCommerce growth marketing, with a proven track record of scaling direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Strong experience developing holistic growth strategies, leveraging both organic and paid channels.
  • Hands-on experience managing $800K+ per month in paid social media budgets (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Expertise in Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Klaviyo, and TikTok Ads.
  • Proficiency in email and SMS marketing, with a deep understanding of customer retention.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Asana, Notion, and data analytics tools (e.g., DataStudio, Supermetrics).
  • Minimum of 1-year experience managing a team or leading cross-functional projects.
  • Agency experience and/or experience in a client-facing role preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence—you're equal parts strategic thinker, empathetic leader, and problem-solver.
