Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Manager to join our eCommerce team. This role will manage and execute the digital commerce strategy, support profitable growth, deliver best-in-class customer experiences, and leverage analytics to drive strategic initiatives across the business.


Key Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, merchandising, planning, IT, and finance teams to build the eCommerce strategy, establish sales plans, and align with company goals.

• Support the Director of eCommerce with eCommerce P&L management.

• Manage and monitor eCommerce expenses and activities to balance growth and profitability objectives.

• Partner with marketing, merchandising, and IT teams to develop and execute the digital roadmap and customer experience strategy.

• Support performance marketing agency management and digital acquisition strategies.

• Develop and execute digital promotion strategies across eCommerce channels.

• Analyze customer behavior and site performance using GA4 and reporting tools to identify growth opportunities.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on site merchandising, content, fulfillment, customer service, and enhancement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.

• 4+ years of eCommerce experience.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce operations, website infrastructure, and customer-facing functionality.

• Experience with Shopify Plus and eCommerce content management systems preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and reporting tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is a plus.

• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a deadline-driven environment.

The pay range for this position is: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
