We are supporting a well-funded, next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project. The platform is purpose-built for the tokenization and on-chain circulation of real-world assets (RWA) and stablecoins, with a strong focus on institutional adoption.

The team is building infrastructure that bridges traditional Web2 institutions into Web3, expanding on-chain asset diversity, unlocking new yield opportunities, and enabling broader investor participation. Their mission is to help enterprises overcome operational, regulatory, and knowledge barriers, allowing them to deploy assets on-chain in a secure, compliant, and scalable manner. With deep RWA domain expertise and strong technical execution, the team is developing institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure and a comprehensive decentralized ecosystem designed to support large-scale, real-world asset adoption.

We are seeking an Ecosystem Lead to own strategic partnerships and ecosystem growth across key tracks such as chain integrations, DeFi protocols, asset issuers, and institutional participants. Working closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, you’ll help shape how real-world financial assets are brought on-chain, adopted, and scaled.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Growth
    • Define and execute partnership strategies across selected tracks (e.g. chain integrations, DeFi protocol onboarding, RWA issuers, institutional funds).
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with ecosystem stakeholders, including developers, validators, asset managers, liquidity providers, and institutions.
    • Identify and prioritise markets, verticals, or use cases that strengthen the platform’s position at the intersection of infrastructure and capital markets.
    • Negotiate and close strategic partnerships that expand network utility, liquidity, and tokenised asset adoption.
  • Business Development & Market Expansion
    • Identify new business opportunities that drive TVL growth, tokenised asset flows, and sustainable revenue.
    • Design incentive programs, joint go-to-market initiatives, or distribution strategies to onboard protocols, issuers, and institutional participants.
    • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to scope integrations, align technical requirements, and co-develop high-impact use cases.
    • Build co-marketing, liquidity, or pilot initiatives that demonstrate ecosystem value and partner success.
  • Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management
    • Own the full partner lifecycle, from first engagement through onboarding, launch, and post-launch optimisation.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, coordinating technical, operational, and marketing support across internal teams.
    • Maintain regular communication with partners to gather feedback, resolve issues, and ensure mutual growth.
  • Product Collaboration & Feedback Loop
    • Act as the internal voice of partners by translating market and partner feedback into actionable product and ecosystem insights.
    • Work with internal teams to improve developer tooling, APIs, documentation, and onboarding workflows.
    • Provide structured feedback on market trends, technical blockers, and evolving needs across RWA, DeFi, and institutional finance.
    • Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement
    • Represent the company at industry conferences, panels, and ecosystem events to strengthen brand presence and network reach.
    • Contribute to thought leadership efforts such as blog posts, ecosystem reports, or research collaborations highlighting the convergence of real-world assets and on-chain finance.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth within blockchain, fintech, or capital markets.
  • Strong understanding of at least two of the following domains: blockchain infrastructure, DeFi protocols, RWA, financial assets, or funds.
  • Proven track record of closing complex partnerships or integrations in DeFi, tokenisation, or financial infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with asset tokenisation, on-chain liquidity design, and institutional capital flows is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environments.
  • Existing network across chain ecosystems, RWA platforms, DeFi protocols, or institutional investors.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If

  • You’re fluent in both DeFi and traditional finance — and understand how they converge.
  • You can bridge technical teams and financial institutions with clarity and credibility.
  • You want to be part of a small, high-leverage team shaping how real-world economies move on-chain.
