We’re hiring an Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. This is a role where you will own high-complexity EDD reviews across a concurrent case queue. This is a production role where judgment, structure, and writing quality matter.
What You’ll DoRun end-to-end EDD reviews across multiple active cases
Synthesize KYB/KYC, ownership structures, and prior reviews upfront
Perform licensing/regulatory analysis (FinCEN/MSB, VASP, MiCA, CARF, SIBA)
Send targeted outreach based on actual info gaps
Validate against primary source docs
Deliver clear, defensible EDD reports (business model, funds flow, AML risk, adverse media, review cadence)
Strong EDD + BSA/AML knowledge
Experience with complex/multi-jurisdiction structures
Excellent analytical writing
Ability to manage high-volume, concurrent cases
