As an editorial intern on the Editorial Markets team, you will...

• Help us report on key financial market and economic trends and news.
• Report on big moves in important stocks.
• Write articles based on Morningstar's data and research.
• Work closely with the team's data journalists and editors to hone your craft and meet deadlines.
• Learn to create data-driven charts, tables, and cutting-edge data visualizations to tell a clear story.
• Train in using Morningstar's extensive database of financial and investing information.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office suite including knowledge of Excel and Word.
• The ability and interest to pick up new systems and software.

Nice to have:
Experience with graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe, and Sketch.
Hours: Monday-Friday 10-6
Length of Internship: June 10th through August 6th, 2024
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $20/hour
