Job Description
The Infatuation, part of Chase Dining, provides its users with trustworthy and useful restaurant recommendations around the world. We're hiring an Editorial Production Assistant to support our expanding dining coverage.
As an Editorial Production Assistant in The Infatuation, you'll join a team that produces regularly updated restaurant guides for dozens of cities around the world. In this role, you'll prepare content for publication, coordinate photoshoots, and keep projects across our expansion team and 12 full-time cities on track. You are an ideal candidate for this role if you are organized, extremely detail-oriented, communicative, comfortable with following up both over phone and email, and interested in learning the fundamentals of digital editorial and creative production.

Job Responsibilities
- Work with our full-time markets + National/Travel team to build and refine content in their cities
- Research and reach out to freelance writers, and coordinate with other departments to onboard them onto Infatuation systems
- Work with freelance photographers and restaurants to schedule photoshoots
- Upload guides/reviews for publication using The Infatuation's content management system (Contentful), including selecting photos and proofreading.
- Conduct regular fact checks and maintenance for Infatuation guides
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- You're interested in the operational and production side of a growing digital media outlet
- You're organized and able to manage multiple projects at once, adjusting priorities and changing focus as needed to accommodate deadlines or scheduling issues
- Demonstrated ability to cold call and/or email, follow up, and communicate with patience
- Previous experience with fact checking and/or refreshing content to ensure its up to date
- Experience with a content management system (such as Contentful) and a project management system (such as Asana)
- Attention to detail

- You're enthusiastic about travel and food
- Proficiency in language(s) other than English
