Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Education Partnerships & Contracting Specialist with strong experience in the education technology sector. This role will manage contracts, procurement, and RFP processes while supporting the unique administrative and compliance requirements of early childhood education. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance, and must be well-versed in HubSpot to manage contracts, agreements, and vendor documentation end-to-end. A strong understanding of data protection, compliance policies, and education-sector funding structures is required, alongside the ability to manage multiple admin and procurement workflows independently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead preparation and management of RFPs and grant/funding applications in the education sector.
  • Draft, review, and manage subscription agreements, SaaS contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM for contracts, vendor records, and workflows, ensuring everything is tracked, current, and accessible.
  • Maintain compliance with data protection and privacy requirements (FERPA, COPPA, and education funding regulations).
  • Serve as the admin backbone for contracts and procurement, ensuring documentation, policies, and records are complete and accurate.
  • Work with education partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient procurement cycles.

Qualifications (refined):

  • 3–5 years of experience in contracts, procurement, or RFP management within edtech, SaaS, or education (early childhood preferred, K–12 acceptable).
  • Well-versed in HubSpot CRM, with the ability to manage contracts, workflows, and reporting inside the platform.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, data protection policies, and education funding structures.
  • Demonstrated experience with SaaS subscription models, education RFPs, and vendor management.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.

Preferred/Bonus:

  • Former educator, coach, or professional with direct education-sector experience.
  • Familiarity with contract management tools and ERP systems.
  • Experience working with school systems, early childhood programs, or education-focused nonprofits.

Salary: Total compensation of $70,000–$75,000, plus bonus, stock options, and full benefits.
