In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in electronic trading, portfolio trading, and ETF trading.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, ETF issuers, and pension funds.
- Increase client engagement, drive revenue, and gain mindshare across the Wells Fargo client base.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including trading desks, research teams, product development, and technology, to enhance offerings and address client needs.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of electronic trading platforms, order execution strategies, and market structure.

Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
- Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
- Registration for FINRA Series 57 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
