The Senior Graphic Designer will lead creative development for US marketing initiatives, reporting to the Creative Team Lead. This role combines design expertise with strategic thinking, shaping campaigns and assets that elevate our brand presence.Please note that this role will be a 5-month contract working on a full-time schedule (Monday-Friday). This position will be hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Creative, Marketing, Digital, and Retail teams to translate briefs into compelling visual campaigns, paid media ads, and emails.
- Lead design direction across digital and print platforms, ensuring innovation and brand consistency.
- Execute end-to-end production of social, video, animation, and motion graphic content, with deep technical proficiency in motion graphics and video editing.
- Drive concept development and execution of key marketing collateral including packaging, event materials, presentations, emails, and landing pages.
- Manage timelines, prioritize projects, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Present creative work to stakeholders with clear rationale and openness to feedback.
- Review vendor work and maintain quality standards.
- Support sustainability goals across all creative outputs.

- Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set-forth by the ELEMIS - Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars
QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
- 5+ years of digital and print design experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) and strong knowledge of video editing (Premiere or similar).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in art direction, typography, photography, and motion graphics.
- Proven ability to guide projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
