The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Email Marketing Specialist to support the deployment and production of high-volume email campaigns across a large portfolio of clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work with high volume and tight deadlines, and experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, test and deploy email marketing campaigns across hundreds of client accounts 
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure all sends launch accurately and on time
  • Configure templates and custom content to support efficient campaign setup and scaling
  • Ensure each campaign meets brand, quality and compliance guidelines before deployment
  • Perform basic segmentation and personalization using email marketing tools
  • Conduct test sends and ensure QA before final scheduling
  • Monitor deliverability and assist with basic reporting needs following campaign launches
  • Maintain organized documentation, workflows and naming conventions to support operational consistency 

Requirements:
  • 1-3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in an agency or high-volume environment
  • Experience with Campaign Monitor (or similar ESPs like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage repetitive execution tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Working knowledge of HTML for email, segmentation, personalization, and testing best practices
  • Comfortable working with CSV files, spreadsheets, segmentation logic and automation tools
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and capable of managing a high-volume workload
Bonus skills:
  • Experience with APIs

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $60,000 – $70,000 per year.
