THE TEAM

The mission of the Workplace Operations Department is to maximize productivity and create an Everyday Luxury workplace experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Workplace Operations team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for providing an efficient and attractive workplace to enable peak productivity of our people. As the Associate, Workplace Operations, you will support in cultivating an Everyday Luxury and aspirational workplace experience by representing the Aritzia brand, aesthetic, and values, and ensuring the seamless execution and operation of a supportive environment for people to do their best work. THE ROLE

As the Associate, Workplace Operations, you will support to:

  • Maximize productivity and employee experience through our physical space
  • Ensure our people have the right supplies and equipment to do their jobs
  • Manage the flow of employees and guests
  • Provide an exceptional workplace experience by supporting personal needs

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Associate, Workplace Operations has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Workplace Operations
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $20–$25 USD per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
