They thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and are passionate about fostering a workplace where people feel supported, appreciated, and excited to come to

What you'll do

    • Serve as a visible and approachable culture ambassador, building relationships across the firm and creating opportunities for team members to feel connected, included, and valued throughout their day-to-day experience.

    • Collect and analyze event metrics, engagement data, and feedback to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

    • Provide onsite support for meetings and events, including attendee experience, A/V setup, technology troubleshooting, and day-of logistics.

    • Anticipate challenges, proactively solve issues, and build strong partnerships with stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences and successful outcomes.

    • Partner cross-functionally with People Team colleagues and business leaders to create engaging employee experiences that align with firm culture and business objectives.

What you'll need

    • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience in Employee Experience, Event Management, Hospitality, Office Operations, Human Resources, or related field.

    • Proven success planning and executing large-scale events and complex programs, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

    • Experience managing program and event budgets, evaluating vendors, and building strong external partnerships to deliver high-quality experiences.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence and professionalism, to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

    • Naturally approachable and service-oriented, with a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences and fostering a welcoming, inclusive workplace culture.

    • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from concept through execution, proactively identifying opportunities, solving problems, and driving results with minimal oversight.

    • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of professionalism.

    • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality or follow-through. Detail oriented is a must.
