WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
The Employee Experience & Inclusion Manager is responsible for designing and driving initiatives that foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. This role partners cross-functionally to enhance the employee lifecycle-from onboarding through offboarding-while ensuring equity, belonging, and inclusion are embedded in people practices, policies, and programs.
This position combines strategic planning with hands-on program execution to create meaningful, measurable impact on engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Experience Strategy
  • Develop and implement a holistic employee experience strategy aligned with company values and business goals.
  • Map and continuously improve the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, recognition, exit).
  • Lead employee engagement surveys and action planning processes.
  • Use data and feedback to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Inclusion & Belonging
  • Develop and execute inclusion and belonging strategies that promote equitable practices across the organization.
  • Partner with leadership to embed inclusive behaviors into performance management, hiring, promotions, and rewards.
  • Lead or support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and community-building initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training on inclusion, unconscious bias, and inclusive leadership.

Culture & Engagement Programs
  • Partner with total rewards for recognition and appreciation programs.
  • Lead company-wide events and culture-building initiatives.
  • Support internal communications that reinforce culture and values.
  • Champion well-being initiatives and psychological safety practices.

Policy & Process Development
  • Review and recommend improvements to HR policies to ensure fairness and equity.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and best practices.
  • Establish inclusive feedback mechanisms and safe reporting channels.

Metrics & Reporting
  • Track key metrics (engagement, retention, promotion equity, participation rates, etc.).
  • Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting on employee experience and inclusion outcomes.
  • Recommend actions based on data insights.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, employee experience, DEI, or organizational development.
  • Experience designing engagement strategies, programs and surveys.
  • Experience managing inclusion or ERG programming.
  • Strong workshop design, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Experience working with employee engagement tools and HRIS systems.

Any of the following would be a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • DEI certification or formal training in inclusion frameworks.
  • Experience in a fast-growing or dynamic organization.

Starting salary between $100,000-$120,000
