- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Business or related course of study and one year of related experience,
- or Associates degree program in Human Services, Business or related course of study and two years of related experience
- or High School diploma with three years of related experience
- *Driver’s license is required, as well as working vehicle and willingness to drive personal vehicle

- Facilitate supportive employment by helping individuals locate and maintain positions
- Ensure continued success with on-site job coaching
